Enabling Sustainable High Performance (ESHP) program develops mid-level leaders to lead an organization that is a network of agile, innovative, and consistently high-performing teams. This program uses the performance principles of the highest performing enterprises in the world and coaches the leader participants on how to apply these principle through shifts in Personal leadership, People leadership and Operational leadership.

ESHP program is a 20-week leadership development experience carefully crafted for business leaders who lead teams or portfolio of teams in their enterprise.

The solution commences with psycho metric assessment, followed by development coaching, and then a structured experience for next 4 months. The structured experience includes the orientation on key high performance frameworks, building skills such as giving feedback, inspiring a team, influencing without authority, and also addressing performance factors through high-performance business coaching.
